It’s early… Sunday morning and I’m up early. It feels so wrong after a year of what I’ve believed to be nurture when in truth it has been closer to avoidance. Given what the past 12 months have held it doesn’t really surprise me though. Time to get upright and on my weary feet. I’ve a friend to meet, keeping me honest along the way back to healthy me.
