First week on Weight Watchers. Going well. Even cut down on scotch and coke, only 1 scotch and coke last week, usually would have been 1 - 2 a day. Cutting out the biscuits as well. Restaurant today for lunch, I'll be eating grilled fish and salad and mash, no chips, or French fries.
116.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
