I made the mistake yesterday of eating an entire sirloin meatball (more like a meatball the size of a baseball) I had left over from the Kroger bistro meal in one sitting. I should have cut it in half. That's what I did today with the other one. I picked up a magazine/book on dumbbells at Walgreens Tuesday which looks as if it will be more helpful and informative than the booklet I've been using up until now.
