Another (last for a couple of months) car rally, people and socializing, eating out, fast food rubbish on the run and drinking far too much. Starch and alcohol really are my ruin, sigh.
By the end of June I will be 80kg.
84.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
