Just awful - the weigh keeps going up but I feel strong. Today I put the wheels back on the wagon and eat less and move more. Again and again and again.
151.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 61.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Will get checked but was fine last time I was tested a year ago - but perimenopause causing all kinds of havoc so wouldn’t be surprised. Thank you 🙏
