I knew the day would come when I feel like I've failed. I know it's only 300grams but it's enough to shatter me. I have been obese since I had my kids 20 odd years ago. Tried shakes but got very ill. Not motivated at all, want to go Walking but never leave my front door. 😒 Feel down right at this minute.
92.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Weight loss seems to be really tricky and it seems to go up and down for no reason. It might make you feel a bit more in control if you focus on a salad or vegetable based meal for the next one.

Don't give up, I know that overwhelming feeling of defeat and depression when its time to check the scales or my clothes. Have a good cry, scream and punch that pillow or do what I have done turn that feeling into anger and walk it out. I have a treadmill and to keep me pressing on, I think of the cruel heartless words of my Dr that made me so mad I wanted to hit him. He claimed I was in denial, a hyperchondriac, stuffing my face and was lazy, its menopause and this is what happens at your age, you'll never get close to your goal weight! hmmm I got on that treadmill and his words kept me on to prove him wrong. I picked up a treadmill for free and use it everyday whenever I liked. I was too embarrassed to go outside for walking besides my area is hilly and being overweight hurt my knees. Don't give up, keep.pressing on. The shakes are not a realistic way of eating. I found watching my calorie intake and using this app help me shift the weight. I'm so sorry you feel upset. 😢 You can do it!!!

Thank you for your kind words. I will persist with it. I just had a plate full of 4 veggies and 50 grams lean pork. Back on track :)

Yay, back on track is good to hear! Did you know that emotional feelings and depression can come from loosing weight as well? It's all stored in our depots and if you loose weight you open that "treasure box" as well. It's annoying but always remember when you're going through it: you will get rid of this kind of emotional storage too!
