Bugger. When they ask me to eat plenty of food before donating blood, I may have used that as an excuse to have a mega-feast. Oh well. I've hit my goal weight once, I'll be back there in 2 weeks, I will do it.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

I find it difficult to pass up the pastries and cheese and biscuits afterwards. I also found I need to drink a lot of water before the appointment, food doesn't make a lot of difference. I'm sure that is a personal view though!

I was definitely syper-thirsty afterwards, and not hungry at all. But, they said to eat, so I ate. Lots. Wont do that again, water and normal meals will do 😂
