Scale was going between 121.8 & 122 so I’m calling it 122. Down 11k+ in Feb with only a 2.6# loss (using the numbers it should’ve been closer to 3.2#). So far in March I’m down about 3k with a 1.2# loss (should be about 0.8#). Total so far down 3.8# and should be 4.4#. That’s why I say my body never does as it’s supposed to lol. It’s only 0.6# however so I’m not complaining! I’m at my ‘perfect number’. Track season is coming up so that’s a sure loss as I will be doing a lot of walking between events. However I won’t have a little one with me so no carrying around 30-50# extra and little races between us as we wait. If I keep calories low and don’t snack between events like usual that’ll help.

I’d like to see 120# by end of summer and 125 after holidays as I indulge Nov-Jan with all the family stuff and want that cushion each year. As someone who fluctuated 5# in a week easily as a teenager, the fluctuations won’t bother me any more than they did then lol. On a side note: my teens are growing so they each passed down a pair of jeans to me. My 16 yo gave me a pair I love! They were a bit snug at first and now they fit great in the morning and loose by lunch and baggie by dinner. My 13 yo, 110# kiddo gave me a pair of old navy, size 0, skinny jeans. Tried them on for the fun of it (I wear size2 or 4 boot cut, can’t remember which). They fit! Well define fit… 🤣. I got them over my thighs which was a HUGE surprise! Then all the way up. They’ll be thong or no panties jeans as they rolled my boy shorts up and I hate that! Calves were really tight which I don’t really like but I’m not losing what little calf muscle I have to fit them better. It helps that I have no butt. Like literally! Gotta do some glute work soon! Those jeans will go in the maybe pile. Maybe I keep them and maybe I put them back for my little one! If she grows like her biggest sister she will need them in 3-4 years. If she grows like her big sister who’s smaller then she won’t need them for another 5-6 years. She likes hand me downs and with two big sisters and a mom who loves to shop she has a few totes of ‘too big’ clothes already! She won’t have to buy many clothes over the next 5 years 😂.

Happy Monday everyone!
