Grrrr. my meals consist of about 250 - 400 cals. plus I snack on nutritious healthy food in between. this is fluid from oedema. but, aagghhhhhhhhhhhh.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
