Saw 235.0 lbs today on my first weigh. Woot. The second and third were 236.6, though so that's we what we go with for the official weigh-in. Oh well. Could be worse; 1.4 lbs lost in 2 days? I'm not gonna complain.
107.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
