Very happy, didn’t lose, but this was after drinking a ton of water, so maybe I did.😊 (not much though, yet not a gain). 👍☘️🇺🇦

You know you’ve gotten older when you’re cautioned to slow down by your doctor, instead of by the police. 😁

Thank you Javadali, 🌸 not weighing in today. I got up at 3 AM and started drinking coffee and water, I don’t wanna get on the scale yet. But, I did well yesterday, so thank you!💪
