FML!! I am so discouraged I want to die! I have been working out an hour and a half everyday 8 days straight and I only take one day off. I gained three pounds! what gives! I can't do this anymore I'm just tired of trying getting nowhere I feel like I'm at the end of my rope. I did start eating wheat again in the last 2 or 3 days and so maybe it's just bloating from the wheat maybe my body is like holding onto water to digest all the wheat. but I just feel like I don't want to live with myself being this overweight anymore, I just need to stop eating.

Thank you! I think that's the main thing is just that feeling that you're spiraling out of control no matter how hard you try. You're right I am in control and it may just be water weight. Hey maybe it's a lot of muscle!

I won't give unsolicited advice but the body can be a jerk and not listen to your heart or brain! Your body probably says "oh shit she's back on the savannah chasing antelope we better hold onto everything to get her through ". I kid, but it might be true lol 😆 Here to support you!

Don't give up. It will be worth it to lose weight. It's a lifelong struggle for most of us.

water weight, there's no possible way that you gain 3 lb, especially with working out, trust me it's water, flush yourself out with some water, and weigh yourself again tomorrow and watch your sodium today... don't be discouraged, I do the same thing to myself

Another idea I've found helpful - weigh just once a week at the same time. I think it gives a better idea of where you're heading. If you have one day when you overeat, compensate the next day by eating a little less. I find this more encouraging.

There are really a few variables what is your total calories you eat in a day and are they sufficient to support a 6 day work out week? Are you getting enough protein 1.0 gram to each pound of your goal weight?

Body measurements. From neck to calves. Closer to the truth than the scales.

Back off everyday training. Try working out 1 time maybe 2 times a week. Drop all grains. No added sugar.

You may want to watch a video by Dr Paul Mason on YouTube. He is a sports medicine Doctor from Sydney Australia. The title of the video is "How iron deficiency and inflammation can make you fat - a female perspective."

Maybe you are overtraining? I read that moderate intensity is more effective and doesn’t raise inflammation and cortisol productivity like high intensity. Maybe explore diets that aren’t based on calorie counting (Dr. Fungs Fasting, Shawn Stevensons micro biome diversity, Dr Lustigs Fructose 2.0/Metabolical). Hope your find something that works to help you with your goals. Maybe some counseling would be a good option if you are truly feeling as down on yourself as you say.

Thanks to everyone for your super supportive comments! One of the reasons that I do train so hard is because I actually have goals for being my best body shape ever this year. I was a martial artist in the past, so I am working on building lots of muscle. I do wait train my legs I can lift up to 325 lb at 50 reps. So I have been growing a lot of muscle that's definitely part of it. I think that when I weighed myself at 1:30 I had literally worked out 6 hours before and probably had a lot of water weight from muscle growth. I'm 4 lb of lighter now, I know that myself esteem related to my weight is an issue I have considered adjoining a support group but I don't do well with therapy it usually triggers me into a worse state of being. This is only community I have where I can share these thoughts and feelings about self-esteem and weight and muscle and. Oh by the way everybody I don't eat grains so I appreciate that feedback but I'm gluten-free, I do occasionally have a corn tortilla that's probably due to my Hispanic heritage it's hard for me to pass up on a beef taco hahaha
