Considering how high my calories were yesterday, I'm ecstatic to see that I'm down .6 lbs from the other day. Sometimes I forget that I really do need to consume more calories every once and a while. I have such a hard time getting in more than 1200 a day though... Not because I'm eating like a bird, but I'm not always hungry enough. XD
107.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
