I am in control! I have been doing prana breathing and eating only small amounts of fruit for the last 2 days and a morning latte. last night I had a tablespoon of peanut butter after my hour workout. lost 4 lb in 2 days actually I literally gained 3 lbs just from probably eating too much fiber and meat and basically just not being in control of my diet. I was working out an hour and a half a day eight days in a row but I think I was feeling like I could eat in the evenings which at my age is just not an option. my new rule is no eating after 6:00 p.m. although I'm still on my breatharian / fruit fast until I get under 125 lb
