Here I am again FatSecret! 😅 Haven't been on since last summer and have sadly put on 7-8 lbs since! 😫 Hoping that writing food entries and counting calories will help me get back on track!

Hello Heather1980, I am Merry Mel, I read your off to a spa, I am too with school friends from 50 years ago, we get together and chat often one is my best friend. We are staying in a luxury cottage. Oh I am excited like you I too hope I Don't put too much on. Good luck enjoy but most of all have fun, and love been spoiled. Merry 🤩.

Hi! 👋 I had a lovely time thanks! ❤️ Hope you did too. How lovely to meet up with old time friends like that too. Bet it was full of reminising and laughs of good memories shared. I'm about to count up my calories from the rest of yesterday and today. 😅😅 Believe it will be over but hopefully the scales wont be too bad tomorrow morning. Hope the same for you too! 😁🤞
