Pretty lucky that I only put on 100gms after having French toast with mascapone for brekkie then Thai for dinner. One day of junk here and there I can cope with.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
