Got in all my mini-habits yesterday: (1) put 4 waters by my chair (resulted in my drinking eight 8-oz bottles); (2) put on my walking shoes (resulted in me walking 1.3 miles), (3) Get up from sitting after 30 minutes (also responsible for the walking, which I do each time I get up); (4) watch plus-size HIIT workout (only watched it, but I'm learning to do the moves - I'm very uncoordinated!); and (5) eat one serving of fruits and/or vegetables (got in 5 servings - Roma tomato & lettuce; banana on cereal; smoothie of strawberries, blueberries, banana and grapes + yogurt and milk; and a serving of grapes by themselves). It was a pretty productive day for having taken 4 hours out of it to go to my son's house to take him some stuff.

Today, I'm dragging! I didn't drink ANY water between 6am-10am (I usually drink 4 bottles during that time). I'm doing my walking, but my knees are once again hurting very badly. OH, I'll take an Advil. That might help. The Diclofenac cream helps somewhat, so I just put some of that on. I take Meloxicam daily, but that isn't cutting it with the extra walking - much more physical stress than they're used to. They'll just have to suck it up, because the walking will continue!

I'm not going to church this morning because my husband is very sick with a sinus infection and allergies (not COVID, PTL). I'm afraid people will think I might be contagious, though we rarely give each other sicknesses.

Hope everyone has a blessed Lord's day. Whatever your circumstances, find something to be grateful for today. I'm thankful that I don't have to use the motorized cart at the grocery store anymore (as I had to do several years ago)!

Many Little steps = 1 Large Leap to Healthier and Happier Life! I used to take Meloxicam. I loved it. I have been off of it for 3 weeks now. My kidney filtration rate was dropping. I really miss it. I'm finding out about aches and pains I didn't know I had. Lol! Like you said sucking up and keeping on!
