Went out last night with my gorgeous husband for his birthday. Had a couple of drinks and Vietnamese for dinner, thus this jump today, but that's normal. Perfectly ok. A special treat, not a regular occurrence, and now I continue with healthy eating. I still avoided rice and noodles for the diabetes and actually tasted the food a lot more than previously.
104.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
