I fluctuate up and down from about 122-126 lately. My goal is to always stay in the 120-125# range. I haven’t been eating a lot lately so the next big mea I have the scale will go up and stay up a bit. Probably no more than 124#. However my body likes to throw me curve balls so ya never know 😝

I would rather stay under 122 however it’s so hard for me to do that without ‘dieting’ constantly. I’d rather stay a few pounds heavier but within my normal range and eat more lol.
