I had actually been hanging out around 156.6 but I abstained from beer for 9 days and went back down. It is crazy to me how stable my weight is most of the time. I weigh once per day at most (skip a few days of weighing) but the scale will read the exact number for days at a time. I'm going to take that as a sign that I've gotten pretty good at intuitive eating. I'm also working out 4-5 times per week with HIIT and feeling pretty good.
