my weight is still around 60.5kg.... hmm.. that was also my last entry back in August last year.. 🤔... so I've maintained the same weight... but over the months I ate a lot of garbage foods for comfort, ate too much also drank too much alcohol :( ... tho also walked like 10k steps a day with occasional weight lifting at home.... 🤔 I should continue my weight loss journey again hah...
60.5 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try adding Vit B1, as it helps improves energy levels, etc Google it for its benefits to your health. Just stay the course, keep up the healthy eating now that you achieved your goals. Remember, its also about getting healthy, more energy and feel younger on the inside. Weight loss is just a bonus. The longer you stay on the path, it will become naturally your healthy way of life. Congratulations on your success. You are an inspiration to us all.
