Body seems happier when I cut down on protein 🤔
54.2 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Interesting. My body is not happy when I eat egg.

I shot up 1kg after eating 3 daily eggs, then lost it again in 2 days after eating no eggs!
