Well, I am giving a go with a lower carb thing. I typically just trying to control calories and portion control.
I bought some Atkins bars to try eating at lunch and going walking on my lunch break. Wish me luck.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
