I was getting ready for work yesterday and put my work pants on and realized... I could button them again without straining! Also, putting on shoes and socks no longer requires me to fully evacuate my lungs of all oxygen to bend over while standing lol.

I'm almost back to a 32" waist in just a week, but it's all been water up until now I bet. It's just a nice jump start!

Feels good not to have the seatbelt digging into my gut anymore lol.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
