Back on low carb, give or take wine and an occasional strip of chocolate, so averaging around 50g carbs daily on a very sedentary lifestyle. The weight loss may be a lot slower than keto but I feel more in control being able to eat something off-grid without it doing in my head.

Every day is a balancing act, physically and emotionally, and I'm working on it.
85 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week

It is so frustrating that carbs are a main source of weight gain when scientists have stated that mature women (me) should get most of their energy from carbs! You can't win!

I’ve just gone up in carbs to 50 from 20 I’m still losing widget slowly just keep going. With 50g per day you can expand your range a little and doesn’t make life so boring
