Debbie Cousins's Journal, 23 May 22

Actually lost a little more than a half of a pound this week. Logging my food intake really helps. Every time I wake up during the night, I've been drinking one or two 8-oz bottles of water. Got in over a gallon yesterday, and am trying to have at least eight cups before the plasma draw. PLEASE, God, let them be able to find this vein (and not bruise me, so I won't have to wait ten days to go back the next time.)

ok, back to bed until I have to pee again. Actually getting up to stay at 6am, so I have time to make some bacon and eggs for breakfast (supposed to eat a high protein breakfast).
115.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Debbie, I do a basic plan in the food diary then adjust as needed. I'm more responsible and it works. Also, when I got covid, my Dr. was grateful to be able to see what I had been eating/drinking. Made his recommendations more accurate. Hope all goes well. :-)
