Happy with result, however I am sleeping way too late. I realised I have a long way to go when I did 22 sit-ups the got a 5-10 min cramp Feeling good though.Have not made it to the gym just walking at the moment.
154.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 67.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
