Love your diet, only you three - my body builders Diablo, Superman, and Chris, can afford to have that diet. I look at a donut and I gain. 😁

Lol I did extra sets and still finished at the same time I usually do! Carb load before leg days will be a staple. Hebroz and cupcake has been gone awhile I noticed
