You seem to tie the gym with eating and when you can't get to the gym or you're too busy, you get frustrated and binge. Or is there no correlation?

I'm not going to discuss my eating with you. 🙄

If you did share what you're eating, it'd reduce your calories.

DP you are so hard on yourself. It's almost like you enjoy tormenting yourself. Learn to celebrate every meal that you stay within your goals, one meal at a time. That's several opportunities to be happy and proud about your success every day. You can't out lift the fork. It will only make you hungry...

How is she being hard on herself, by posting this? Between the 20 questions and the concern for no reason I can see why you turn commenting off..

Agreed, D. That was my fault and I'm sorry, DP.

I've been eating well for three weeks and going to the gym five days a week aside from working around the house. I CHOSE to have a very high calorie day and I did... and guess what? I woke up, went to the gym (as I will today) and kept my calories in check. My birthday is the end of the month and just so no one is shocked - I plan to do it again. It still averages out my calories to 2000 or less a day. 🙄
