Being sick does not help when you are trying to eat healthy. Cravings are going through the roof as I am recovering from illness. Went to an empowerment circle today good chats and motivational support helped to get out of bed attend the meeting and come home to ride my stationary bike for one hour. Early day still not fully recovered to push workouts and not a good idea for overall health. Thank GOD no junk food in the house. Drinking lots of liquids and bed rest.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
