Half a kilo! This long weekend included 3 birthdays which meant two long lunches with cake and champers. Have to start the dieting tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
80.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
