I tried to maintain good eating habits while on vacay but alas. I also didn't drink enough water. I am hoping to get back on the losing trend ASAP.
56.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
