Birthday weekend, fancy restaurant food, couple of bottles of champagne, hard to keep track of calories, but roughly estimate 2000 extra all up.

Not the end of the world, and given this is going to take a year I'm not denying myself a celebration now and then.

89 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
