Good day yesterday! Finished out the day with only 1,619 calories. Drank ten 8-oz bottles of water. Got in plenty of fruits and vegetables: two very small bowls of baby lima beans, two good-sized portions of watermelon, 21 cherries and 6 grapes. Weight down by over 1/2 pound this morning, PTL! Knee pain was down by about 60% yesterday - another praise!

Taking the grandkids to the pool today. I'm portioning out my foods ahead of time, so I'll know how much I am consuming while I'm there. Planning to have two slices of bacon and one hard-boiled egg (when we go at 10am, I bring "breakfast"), a Ham & Cheese Lunchable, watermelon and grapes.

Looking forward to another successful day!

Good job. Taking your own food also saved money as well as being healthier. I always bring my own food when taking kids to waterpark. The prices are awful for food there
