Beautiful again this morning. Scale says 182, ok. J went with me on my one mile walk today. Sore muscles feeling a little better...maybe not quite so sleepy. Love this not hungry thing, but must get in more protein!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Protein is great ! Don't forget you Sat. Fats too. Protein and Sat. Fats should be higher and carbs should be lower. All is well.
