Yesterday was a good day. Ended up keeping BOTH grandkids overnight (grand daughter 11, grandson 6-1/2) after I took them to the pool. They promised they wouldn't fight with or argue with each other, and they kept their word. My husband was kind enough to have "Boy's Night" with the little one, and 11-year old stayed on her phone the whole time she was here.

Got them all McDonald's for dinner, but I had butter beans. Took hot dogs to the pool for lunch. Everyone else snacked on tortilla chips, brownies, cookies and mini-muffins, but I had a string cheese and a mini cucumber I had sliced ahead of time. Only drank water at the pool, and only drank 3 cans of Diet Coke throughout the day.

Going to make a big breakfast for everyone this morning - sausage patties, eggs, hash brown patties and orange juice. I might have one egg and one sausage patty.

My knees are doing better overall. DID have to take a pain pill yesterday once, but they're not hurting as much, and I'm able to DO MORE with them and am not limping as much. Usually, I am not able to put my left sock on easily, but this morning, I was able to put my left ankle on my right knee like I used to be able to do. Good NSV.

Thankful that I got up at 6:15 to have some alone time, while the kids are still sleeping (now 7:30).

Weight down to 253 this morning. Only had watermelon, a cucumber and a double portion of butter beans as my fruits/veggies yesterday. Kept my calories to the lowest I've done yet - 1,595! Speaking of watermelon, I think I'll go get some now!
