I gave up today and ate like a normal person, 3 (small) meals plus afternoon tea and gained 600gms. Being a mature woman somehow means I have to put on weight! Not happy 😒
78.6 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
