Starting back AGAIN. I lost 67kg and held that loss for over 5 years. But life, loss, stress, menopause and chronic pain meds defeated my control. I have regained almost 40kg over the last 5 years. I turn 60 at the end of this year and we're having a holiday in Thailand in September. I truly need to get serious otherwise I won't be able to enjoy walking around sight seeing while overseas.
