Weigh in this morning after 2 days of counting calories, loss of 1.9kg. I now just need to stay focussed and my next weigh in will be 3 days, then 4 days etc until I reach a weekly weigh in. Trying so hard to break the daily routine with the scales?

I found scales made my journey a pain I the backside. I went from every 2nd day weigh in's to once a month/3 weeks. So much easier for me. I stressed every time I got on the scales, now it's like "what will be, will be." As long as I'm losing something I'm happy. Lost 42kg since Australia Day this year, 23 to go. Keep it up...you've got this!
