Drat! Same weight again this morning. PTL it's not higher, but still a little disappointed. Stayed to 1,620 calories yesterday. Made good choices. Got in my fruits and veggies. Drank my water. Kept the dishes up. Overall, a good day.

We MIGHT be going to Red Lobster tonight (treated by my husband's aunt). If we go, my plan is to get a Maine lobster tail; eat half of the salad (instead of trying to limit dressing - which will still end up having half of the dressing I usually would); eat only half of the baked potato (or maybe only a third, depending on side) and not asking for extra butter like I usually do; foregoing the bread and butter; indulging in the drawn butter with the lobster (which MAKES it!) I will also try to eat NORMALLY like I would on a regular day, and not overdo it.

Sore throat is better today. Now BOTH sides of my mouth are cracked. I guess I'm going to have to get a B-vitamin complex, as using Blistex doesn't seem to be helping.

b vitamin made such a difference in energy levels for me, as i have a blood thing where i will never have a normal iron level. i hope you can get it and it makes an impact for you, i recommend taking in AM!
