Good day yesterday. Carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, watermelon and cherries for fruits/veggies. Drank water (I've stopped counting after 8 cups now). Weight teetering on the edge of 250.0 - Maybe tomorrow into the 240's, finally!

Lip and corners of mouth still cracked and swollen. Ordered a B-complex on Amazon yesterday and it should be here today. I THOUGHT I was already taking a B vitamin, but when I filled up my weekly meds yesterday, I noticed it was D-3 that I've been taking.

Knee feeling better today. Hard to believe that just 8 pounds would be the difference between relative comfort and searing pain - but that seems to be the case.

After MUCH persuasion from my husband and his sister, mother-in-law went to hospital last night. She has been feeling dizzy lately. Diagnosed with pneumonia (possibly from getting covid booster), and needs to wear a holter monitor to see what's going on with her heart. She had a heart appointment scheduled for 8/16, but doctor said she needs to go THIS week. There were several scary minutes when the xray technician said he saw something and that it could be a cancer. CT scan showed that it was "JUST" pneumonia, PTL.

Otherwise, things are peachy keen. Pool day today. Going to have a ham & cheese Lunchable (without the cookies), string cheese, cucumbers and watermelon during the 3-4 hours we are there. Not taking my can of Diet Coke to have with lunch -- I "need" it much more AFTER the pool. Taking five or six 16-oz waters. It's already 73 degrees (before 6am), and it may get as high as 95 today. Humidity is 95%, so it will feel like it is over 100 degrees!
113.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Great job. I picked peas from my garden and shucked about 4 cups worth. Fingers are soar. But they are yummy fresh from the garden.
