Yesterdays calories under 1,700, fiber 22.4g, fruits/veggies cherries, watermelon, cooked carrots, cucumbers and homemade (not by me) beef vegetable soup. Got in water and ONLY drank 1-1/2 cans of Diet Coke. WOOHOO!

Cutting up two nice Athena cantaloupes today. I've been ripening them in a paper bag for a couple of days, and they're nice and ripe now.

Mouth still was a little better yesterday, but today it is still a problem. Cutting my aloe leaves and applying several times today. Maybe that will clear it up for good!

Weight up a tad this morning, but not because of anything in particular that I did or didn't do. Just the way it is sometimes. Still, I'm at 249 (under 250) so I'm happy. Will probably go down tomorrow.

Weight progress since I started this "diet":

1st week - didn't log food, but lost 2.8 pounds.
2nd week - average 1,716 calories a day and lost 4.4 pounds
3rd week - average 1,791 calories a day and lost 0.8 pounds
4th week - average 1,667 calories/day and lost 1.6 pounds
Total lost in past 30 days: 9.6 pounds (average 2.4 pounds a week)

I'm happy with that. Praying the next month goes just as successfully!
112.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

make sure you take a day to re-feed every two weeks thats alot of loss good job be careful in this heat.
