Woke up feeling hungry at 1.40am. Ate soup and few things. Remember don't binge (telling myself). Strange thing is when I weigh at speed fit centre, I'm 56.4. So which weighing scale is correct?

Are there any suggestions for a good weighing scale?
57.2 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I switched to Eufy Smart Fitness Scales, my last scales were inconsistent. Very affordable and consistent.

I just bought a cheap set from Kmart and they work fine!
