I can't help myself, I've been cooking awesome food for the family and eating it too. Better not let this go on for too long!

I know your pain, my friend! Every evening my wife presents me with the option of cooking dinner for the family -OR- watching the kids in the living room while they scream and wail and complain and argue and moan and whine and carry on as an episode of Bluey I've seen 74 times before plays on the TV. I'm unfortunately a fairly decent cook, so it kills me to whip up a delicious spag bol for the family knowing that all I have to look forward to is a piece of frozen fish mixed in to one of those pre-mixed salads they sell at Coles...
