Today was a healthy day. Crumpets for brekkie, banana for lunch, a cuppa for arvo tea and grilled fish with steamed vegetables for dinner. No snacks apart from some boiled lollies. Can I keep this up?
76.6 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Crumpets 😳 how exciting. Saw your menu for the day and my first thought was surely crumpets use a lot of calories ….and they are not too bad 😀. I am still fasting in the mornings, so a lunch crumpet will be making it to the menu soon!

I think I would die without crumpets, they are my safe comfort food, and 1 is enough usually 😋
