Status quo continues. Drank much more yesterday total liquids was 108 ounces. I am nervous that hubs will be home tonight or tomorrow. I am excited but also nervous. This feeling is odd like I get used to being alone and doing my own thing then poof he is back. I'm not complaining exactly just have to refocus my attention and energy. Then I am afraid of the mood swings. He told me on the phone to stop worrying and that me anxiety brings more of the things that I don't like. Because when I get stressed, I cause him to stress which makes him crave the habit. So I just have to play dumb & not notice the things that make me upset. We shall see how this week goes.
