Hmmm, after 1,5 hours of weeding and a 1.8km brisk walk ....

I notice my weight goes up or stagnates a little if I increase exercise, read up on glycogen, it explained a lot to me.

you shouldn't judge that so strongly these fluctuations in weight I'll just give you a short example tonight I also had fun weighing myself and I had a kilo more than this morning. without having been to the toilet. So high difference only within a few hours.
