OK going in the right direction again. I really wanted to be in double figures before my GP appointment tomorrow but probably won't be. As long as I dump a pile before our OS trip at the end of September...then more for my 60th birthday at the end of the year. It's so hard when on pain and nerve meds that put weight on without trying! 😫
