Well, that's disappointing. Weight up 4/10 of a pound this morning after the pizza day yesterday - maybe pizza is high in salt. "Only" lost 1.6 pounds for the week, but I'm still thankful for that. Total lost so far 13.2 pounds (in 7 weeks). Average calories per day for the week 1,533 (which is 59 calories/day below my lowest week so far). Yesterday's pizza lunch put my calories for Sunday up to 1,968 (which is the highest day I've had, but still under my RDI of 2,000. Fruits/veggies watermelon, cantaloupe and butter beans. Now out of cantaloupe and honeydew, so it will be more of a challenge to get in my fruits. Just have watermelon left, and I'm trying to not go shopping until Friday (when I enter a new Discover billing cycle - this month has been high).

My knee has been hurting a little, but still not enough to have to put medicine on it, PTL. Thankfully, no drama in the family the past couple of days. It's nice to have a reprieve!

I'm thankful that God has made this past 7 weeks of dieting relatively easy. Yes, it has been harder on the stressful days, but He enabled me not to cave to the temptation to eat more (or the wrong things) or to fall back on drinking more Diet Coke for comfort. I don't understand why sometimes God makes it easy, and sometimes He lets it be hard - but His wisdom is far beyond mine, so I try to accept it. (Of course, it's less difficult to accept when I'm on the "easy" side of things!)

Pizza is totally high in salt. The fact that you only gained 4/10 of a pound is stellar! Just flush it out with water and fruit.
