I need to stop weighing myself every day! This morning it was so cold (-2.8°C) in the bathroom that the scales didn't want to work properly!
100.8 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I force myself to only weigh once a week because it can be motivating and demotivating doing it everyday. When I have a good daily result my brain says “well done” have a treat and then when it is up my brain says “you are not doing everything possible”. So it’s scales and measuring tape once a week for me now and then only having this conversation with myself once a week instead of everyday !!!!! 😆
